We are delighted that you have purchased with us and will be in touch soon to give you a full update.

We have tested our materials again and again and are proud to say we have a great success rate with our products. That being said we do have clients that run into problems here and there, so to ensure you don’t have any issues please read the below carefully.

1. Have you primed your wall? A good thing to remember is that wallpaper/honeycombs stick to your paint (not wall) and that all paints are different. To avoid any problems of ‘not sticking’ we recommend you prime your wall. Please remember that newly painted walls are not suitable for wallpaper installation. Please allow for a min period of 3 months before installing wallpaper.

2. Don’t want to prime your wall? Run a test! Before installing your entire order, use the test piece provided and wait 48hrs. If you get air bubbles and the piece becomes unstuck then you have a paint problem and you must use a primer. Please note we will not be held responsible for items not sticking if walls have not been primed first.

3. Received your order, wonderful! Now to check it. Please check your panels carefully to ensure you are happy. If you have any problems with your order ensure to contact us before installation. We will happily replace the item if the fault is ours and the item has not been installed.

4. Still haven’t received your order? Mmm that’s strange but we can help! All items are sent with tracking. If you have been waiting for more than 3 weeks please let us know no later than 6 weeks so we can find out what has happened.

5. Instructions! All items are sent with instructions if you did not receive your your instructions please contact us so we can send them to you.
