Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

  • Interiormatches only offer returns on damaged or defective prints. All purchases are made to order and your order is made just for you.

EXCHANGES:

  • Interiormatches only prints products when ordered specifically for our clients therefore no exchanges can be made.

All orders are checked for quality and colour, before posting. Damages to the product during shipping, must be received by us, in writing, within 24 hours of its arrival to you please.

UNABLE TO DELIVER:

    • If you have not received your package because of the parcel being returned to us, due to an incorrect address, we will repost it at your expense. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to a business and signed for by someone other than the purchaser.
