Payment Terms

All prices are in £ (pounds sterling) and VAT inclusive.
Only online payments can be made.

Goods will be dispatched within 2 weeks of clearance of payment.
Delivery will be made by courier or Jersey Post during business hours Monday – Friday.
Courier/Post charge covers one delivery to designated address requiring signature upon receipt. If package is not met by yourself and is returned to us you will be charged for subsequent deliveries.
If you are unable to receive goods, please advise us of any special delivery instructions on order via email to info@nicematches.com.

Our site services worldwide. For bespoke orders please contact us for a shipping charge quote prior to proceeding with order.

A small wallpaper sample approximately A5 size may be purchased in your required design(s) prior to order to confirm hues and textures will meet expectations. Samples will be dispatched within 1 week. 

All goods are supplied in good order. In the case of a manufacturing defect our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods only.
In the instance of faulty rolls, our liability ends when you or your installer have opened, checked for faults and proceeded with installation.
We will not accept claims for defective reimbursement if you apply more than 1 panel to the wall.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for installation expenses or damage as a result of installation.

Orders can only be processed after the supply of correct information.
Details of order must be checked thoroughly by purchaser as there is no refund for errors made.
Confirmations will be sent to your e-mail address.
Special delivery instructions must be stipulated at this part of the order procedure.
Payment will be processed securely.
For assistance with measuring number of rolls required you can email us prior to ordering with accurate wall dimensions, ie height and width in centimetres.

We take no responsibility for over or under ordering. If in doubt contact us for further assistance or check with your wallpaper installer.

While we are happy to assist you with a roll estimate, we are not responsible should our estimate result in an over or under supply of rolls for your job.
If you require more rolls to complete the job please, please note that we cannot guarantee colour match when printing at a later stage to the first order. 

Variations in colour will occur due to photography and monitor calibration. We do recommend that you purchase a sample prior to placement of large orders as a more accurate indication of colour.

Please note: we do not refund if a sample was not purchased and the item you received does not suit the purpose intended. 

Refunds will only be given for defective items, providing the faulty item is returned to us.
Claims for faulty products must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
Claims for defective goods cannot be made if more than 3 panels of wallpaper have been applied to the wall.

To have a claim assessed please e-mail us :

1. Invoice number
2. Adhesive used
3. Amount of panels applied to the wall
4. Digital image of the fault

If we determine the wallpaper to be defective we will reprint them or reimburse you.

Strictly no refunds, exchange or returns for incorrect choice, change of mind,  over ordering, under ordering, left over panels.


Any products returned to us without prior authorisation will become our property and will only be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.


Cancellations can be done within 24 hours if we have not proceeded to print. A small charge may be made for any artwork done on the cancelled order.
